Joy serves in organizational leadership for Redemption Alliance Community Inc. She is also the Apostle of House of Elohim ministry located in Goldsboro NC. Having served as a faith-based leader in the city of Goldsboro for more than 20 years, she brings community services, administration, faith, and people-centered support. House of Elohim serves as a church/ministry open for prayer, study, meditation anytime RAC, Inc. is open during the week.
Eileen Burge, O.E.
TREASURER
Eileen serves as the primary financial custodian for Redemption Alliance Community Inc. She maintains the NC tax compliance laws and political regulatory activities.
Our Journey and Commitment
Redemption Alliance Community Inc. (RAC Inc.) was birthed out of a burden from God for His People to be Whole. While on a sabbatical Apostle Joy Bracey-Barrett sought the Lord for His desire in bringing whole "abundant" life to our neighborhoods and communities (John 10:10). Together with Shalamo Bracey, Eileen Burge they worked to begin Redemption Alliance Community, Inc. (RAC Inc.). The 3 of them together bring well over 26 years of born again professed faith and works in Christ, two decades of education and experience working in mental health, juvenile justice, and more serving Wayne and surrounding counties in those capacities.
Redemption Alliance Community Inc. exists to: help strengthen families, stabilize communities, and improve overall quality of life for everyday citizens.

- Sometimes you need someone to walk with you. A place to talk, pray, seek biblical wisdom, and explore life's challenges through the foundation of faith in God and His word.
Clinical Mental Health Counseling
- Sometimes we need professional support. Professional support for life's challenges for children and adolescents, adults, couples, families, community.
House of Elohim- SANCTUARY
- Sometimes we simply need a quiet place to spend with God. A welcoming place to pray, reflect, seek Him, give thanks, find peace, read the bible. NO APPOINTMENTS or OBLIGATIONS REQUIRED FOR SANCTUARY ACCESS
