Working with Community Partners, Fellow-Citizens, Local and National Officials Redemption Alliance Community Inc. (RAC) commits to advancing secure housing for families, decreasing violence, advocating for closure in missing persons cases, supporting family structure in whole-person preventative care, and promoting civic education and voter engagement by educating citizens on the electoral process and encouraging informed participation in our democratic system.
Grounded in faith, we offer: Pastoral Counseling, Conflict Resolution, a CIVIL Parental(child)/Familail Mediation Program (to prevent court Interventions), Community Workshops, Reentry Stabilization help specifically for mothers with children aimed at wholeness and restoration.

Conflict Resolution & Mediation
Redemption Alliance Community Inc. exists to help strengthen families and sustain communities. Because we KNOW that offenses WILL arise, and conflicts do often result, we developed a rich program rooted in the principle of love and practice of morals and ethics. The program places emphasis on what is best for the child(ren), families, communities, organizations, workplaces, etc.
RAC Inc. also provides a CIVIL MEDIATION component for parental/familial conflict (over child visitation) options, with attempts to strengthen the bond between the parental/(co-parenting) support system and allow all resources to go towards the child(ren).

Pastoral Counseling
Pastoral Counseling is Faith-Based, Biblical Therapy, combining standard psychotherapeutic approaches (like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/narrative therapy) with spiritual practices such as prayer, scripture study, or value/ethical reflection. It helps individuals, couples, families, organizations, cope with such things as: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. It gives clients a safe space to work through religious doubts, existential questions, spiritual trauma, or deep-rooted guilt. It aims to restore wholeness to the mind, body, and spirit by connecting emotional well-being with faith.

Therapeutic Mentoring provides real-world guidance, along with emotional support, and positive skills for teens/adults that are having challenges to navigate personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

ReEntry program specifically dedicated to supporting mothers and children during reentry to help facilitate safe, stable family environments.
Community Workshops
RAC Inc. provides life changing workshops/support groups (on: Faith, life's purpose, the grief process, trauma, the supporters of those who are entering reentry, addiction/recovery, conflict resolution, civil mediation, and mental health).
RAC Inc.'s community groups/workshops are not only engaging but sure to provide knowledge to you, while leaving lasting encouragement, networking, and support. As best practices, we partner with multiple experts, clinicians, practitioners who are certified/licensed in various subject matters when/if we determine we need additional assistance. We assure you feel completely knowledgeable and fully equipped with what you need before we end our contractual portion of any workshop.
